Find your class, reserve your spot, and complete payment at the time of booking. All classes must be reserved and paid for in advance. Your spot is not secured until checkout is complete.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and get ready to move. For the safety and privacy of our members, studio doors lock when class begins and late entry is not permitted.

A1 Policies
Studio A1 is a small, intentionally intimate studio with only 20 spots available per class. When you reserve a spot, we're holding it specifically for you - and when a class is full, another woman may be waiting for the opportunity to get in. Our 12-hour policy gives us enough time to move someone from the waitlist into your spot while still giving you flexibility when plans change.
The Short Version:
Cancel 12+ hours before class: refund or class session returned.
Cancel less than 12 hours before class: full class charge or one membership session deducted
No-show: full class charge or one membership session deducted.
By reserving a Studio A1 class, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation, waitlist, late-arrival and no-show policy.

At Studio A1, our classes are intentionally limited to 20 women per class to create a comfortable, personal and high-quality experience. Because every spot matters - and many of our classes have a waitlist- we ask that you please be mindful when reserving and cancelling classes.

All Studio A1 classes must be reserved and paid for in advance through our booking system.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been completed or.a class session has been deducted from your active membership/package.
Once a class reaches capacity, a waitlist will open so that another client has the opportunity to take a spot if one becomes available.

Need to cancel? No worries - just make sure you do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled class begins.
If you cancel 12 or more hours before class:
Single-class purchases: Your class payment will be refunded according to Studio A1's refund process.
Membership/package clients: The class session used for the reservation will be returned to your membership or package.
Your spot will become available for the next person on the waitlist.
There is no penalty for cancelling before the 12-hour cancellation window.

We understand that emergencies happen! Exceptions to the late-cancellation or no-show policy may be considered by Studio A1 on a case-by-case basis and at Studio A1's discretion.

Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time is considered a late cancellation.
If you cancel 12 hours or less before class:
Single-class/ drop-in clients: You will be charged the full price of the class and will not receive a refund.
Membership/package clients: One full class session will be deducted from your membership/package and will not be returned.
This applies even if another client ultimately fills the open spot from the waitlist.

If you reserve a class spot and do not attend without cancelling your reservation, it will be considered a no show.
No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations:
Single-class clients are responsible for the full price of the reserved class.
Membership/package clients will have one class session deducted from their membership/package.
No refunds or returned class sessions will be provided for a no-show.

If a class is full, you may join the Studio A1 waitlist.
When a client cancels and a spot becomes available, the booking system will offer or assign the available spot to the next eligible person on the waitlist, according to the system's waitlist process.
Please only join a waitlist if you are prepared to attend the class.
If you are on a waitlist and realize you can no longer attend, please remove yourself as soon as possible so the next woman has the opportunity to take the spot.
Once you are officially added to the class, your reservation becomes subject to Studio A1's cancellation policy.
If you are moved into a class inside the 12-hour cancellation window, Studio A1 will not penalize you for circumstances where the booking system did not provide a reasonable opportunity to decline or remove yourself from the class.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class, especially if it is your first visit to Studio A1.

If you arrive ater the doors have been locked, you may not be permitted to enter and your reservation may be considered a no-show. The class payment or membership session will not be refunded or returned.
Please give yourself enough time to park, check in, put away your belongings and get settled before class begins.

If Studio A1 must cancel a class due to instructor illness, severe weather, an emergency, building conditions or another circumstance affecting our ability to safely hold class, you will not lose your payment or class session.
Single-class clients will receive the appropriate refund or class credit, and membership/package clients will have the class session returned to their account.
